Over a decade ago, Sam Farr (a minion of Leon Panetta) bragged about his "spearheading ... sustainable development planning for the entire Monterey Bay region. Farr claimed it was "similiar"to the UN attack on representative government.
Farr has targeted Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties for United Nations Agenda 21 implimentation.

But these three advocates seem in a hurry.
The world's elites want to kill off billions of the worlds population ... not by education ... but (in our opinion) killing a large portion of the planet's population by stealth. Forced inouculation, fluroide, degenerative drugs not to mention war and a Hollywood promotion of drug use.

Rockerfeller hack ... the personable and ever smiling Leon Panetta was co-chair of the Pew Comission with David Rockefeller III advocating turning 71% of the earths oceans over to the UN.
Democrat Sam Farr's and then incumbent Republican Bruce McPherson had shared their staff working to impose UN Agenda 21 (under a futures title) in the tri-county area.

It was in part funded by United Nations Associations from New Haven (home of Skull & Bones) to San Francisco. And not know to the people of the region by AMBAG ... which means the people's own taxes.
Nick Papadakis (executive director of AMBAG) was on the "Advisory Board". AMBAG is the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. 
AMBAG is a gaggle of dues paying government entities ... cities and counties in this California region. They almost never report to the people their participation in the almost secret meetings.
They usurp the authority of your local elected representatives and "sell globalism" to it's members. Prewritten, canned laws are issued on an assembly line. Dopey and sometimes evil elected represenatives introduce these laws, restrictions, rules and taxes as their own.
The massive legislation is almost a perfect fit for UN regional administration. Designed for a police state and serving a central control.
They call it "harmonizing the laws". And like the former Italian Facist dictator ... call the regulations necessary for efficiency and the environment.

Since the submission of the Final Draft there has been non stop adoption of the recommendations to pervert the peoples control over their government.
