It called on the gradual reduction of american forces and replacing them with UN forces.

Today, the mid-East wars are comanded by NATO, a United Nations subdivision. An element of the planned World government.
NATO is now the basis for a "world army".

He risked his life in revealing the drug buys by Richard Armitage (second in command of the Department of Defense) in the "Golden Triangle" the heroin center of Asia.
The night Bo Gritz returned from one of his missions to California his "radio man" was picked up by "Federal Officials" to containt the story.

Gary Richard Arnold was in the radio station with talk show jock Anthony J. Hilder who was keeping Bo Gritz alive by broadcasting the story live. The LA broadcast give the him such a "profile" that authorities had to back off.

Today our constitution is ignored even more with unending "police actions" and no "declarations of war" to support the troops. And hired mercenaries and corporations profiting with no oversight.
As a member of Congress I will lead in making National Defense strong but in keeping with the Constitution. I will return the National Guard to the states for the security of the people of those states and end their impressment into foreign ventures.
