Suzanna Gratia Hupp survived the Kileen massacre, but her parents were killed. Her personal crusade helped pass Texas' concealed -weapons law and landed her a seat in the Texas Legislature. But she is realistic about carrying firearms. "A gun is not a guarantee, it simply changes the odds," Hupp says.
